These are a few images that I took near a river where I live. This was a month or so ago; I had just gotten a new 500mm lens for my birthday and I was excited that the weather permitted me to go down and get a few test shots. Sadly because of the cold winter months, wildlife was sparse. The few animals I did see, I was inexperienced enough with this lens for most of my shots to hardly be in focus (it's an older Vivitar lens that does not have an autofocus T_T).
When the weather starts warming up, and the sun is finally out more, I hope to get some really good pictures with this lens now that I feel more capable.
